I've recently switched back to Health for Life because I always order online and purchase mostly flower. I rely on detailed product information to make my purchase and appreciate the full listing of terpine profiles in the product description available online. of course I always appreciate the tender who recommends a product or deal, but usually, I'm in and out of the dispensary, with a cheerfully and efficiently delivered order. Now if preorders could be streamlined to avoid the lobby wait, I'd be even more appreciative on the days when I just have to go home and medicate.

As a member of the healthcare profession, I really appreciated the addition of the discount that started in May. The downside is the requirement of proof each time I come in the store. I do not understand why the eligible discount can't be kept on someone's profile. Even when the tender knows me from having been a weekly customer for over 2 years, they refuse to give the discount without a work ID. I wish this would be changed. I doubt veterans or seniors have to prove their eligibility every tjime the shop.
