To be fully clear: even though something cruddy happened, I left with a GLOWINGLY positive opinion of this store. So, earlier today, we had a problem with a couple of concentrate vape carts from a new supplier, which had issues with the atomizers failing after the first 3 to 5 pulls. This happened with 3 carts in a row, but when we brought them back, the staff not only was willing exchange them for new ones, they even took the cost of the dead carts off from buying some more expensive ones from a more reliable brand, AND gave us a discount of 50 or 60% on the remaining cost. Needless to say, this place is wonderful, and I think special mention should go to staff member Crista, who helped us out hugely and was extremely understanding about the whole affair. A++, customer for life.
