had a broke savage cart. omg what a hassle. 2 managers later I was told they dont carry that anymore but they tried to upsell me or use my points to get a different brand.
I've spent alot of money here and planned to spend alot more because it's close. The manager tells me they could take a 5 dollar loss but not a 15 dollar loss.
So all my future business is not worth 10 bucks. screw you.
