In the past, the delivery and customer service was great. However, as of late it’s as if no one manages the customer service side. I placed an order and it said delivery within 90 minutes. Well, 4 hours passed so I decided to call them. After 10 minutes on hold, no one answered. I tried again and someone hung up on me. I went to email them asking them to call me. They then emailed me saying they called me but I did not answer (wrong), and to call them back at the same number I had been calling previously. Again, no answer. Now here we are 8 hours later still with no delivery and no answers. A few days later I contacted them again and they actually answered... only to tell me that they were out of stock of my product and that they contacted me on multiple occasions... which was not the case. Long story short, they promised to deliver the next MORNING. Needless to say it never came. Glad I didn’t use my credit card!
