I can't seem to update my last review, but I have no problems giving it another five star review! After sending my caregiver and the further interactions, I wouldn't take stars off in any category. I'd maybe add more if I could.
The owner is very involved, and that's a great way for it to be. Almost immediately after my last review, the ADA label was removed (they apparently had a ramp in the past) and I was given the owner's direct email if I had any more questions. For others in wheelchairs, the location has two small steps out front - you can maybe muscle up it if you're in a manual and have mastered that skill, you can definitely have a friend help you in the door. It's not something I would be confident in doing solo, but I might just have to get someone to help me inside sometime to talk to them myself.
I have a high level of confidence in the amount of information that is available to me at this location, and will definitely be going back for more in the future. This is a place where somebody cares about what they are offering, cares about the well-being of the establishment, and cares about the experience of the patients who go there.
