I buy here because they are the cheapest of the three local shops, and they give you a total price with all taxes. Staff is usually helpful. However, last time, after buying many, many cartridges there, a get a bad one, so I call the shop, oh no you have to send pics, and all your info to the website. So I sent pic of cartridge, with there package, with all the government control numbers. Back and forth with them, oh no receipt, out of luck, they can easily look this up with package number, I ordered it on line, but I get a no, tough luck. Absolutely no respect for customer base!!!!
