Hotbox Farms - Ontario

I just recently visited this Location in Ontario to purchase some shatters. At around 8:30AM I placed an order for 5g of shatter all the same kind. The order was confirmed, filled, and ready for pickup according to the order tracker. I wasn't going to have time to go until later in the day and I knew certain product would not really be available at that point. I waited in line outside (95+ degrees) until I could get in and to the front desk to check in. When I got there I let them know the usual about having an online order. I was then notified that stock was low on the product I was getting and they only had 3 in stock. So when I asked about them holding orders I was informed that they in fact do not even though I was allowed to order and they confirmed everything on there end. After becoming frustrated with the whole situation I went back after checking in to get the 3 they had at least. When I get back to the counter they say they only have 2 in stock so I tell them I'll take it and to check me out so I can leave. As I'm checking out the Manager comes up and asks what the problem is so I tell them and he offers to compensate me with more expensive product (didn't expect or ask for it) which I appreciated even though I was still very irritated. After I checked out and went home I discovered that they took the 2 shatters I originally ordered that were still available off (so instead of 4 I only got 2).
I called and was informed a Manager would be in contact with me about it. Still waiting for a call almost a week later, but honestly I know there's nothing they can do (or want to) to resolve this issue. Most of the newer places in Ontario provide online ordering (that's why there is a menu right?) Funny thing is even Hotbox CBD has held my order before so it doesn't make much sense why HB has a menu or why they even show product online that they never update so you're probably buying something that's spoken for. The other issue is that they don't bother to let you know about product availability so you could drive miles and wait in a long line just to find out that you ordered and drove all the way over for no reason. I appreciate the one guy at the back ticket counter who sincerely cared about the situation.
I regularly order online from Top Crop and Weedology and have never had this issue before so I definitely appreciate them taking care of their customers.
**I think Leafly should remove the ability for HB to have an online ordering system until they can actually take care of people on there end and hold product.
