I had a slight issue with my leafly order... the ladies today all worked together to try and help me out and even had the owner come and complete my order for me! My anxiety was starting to get a little high but Carissa completely turned that around wow I left very impressed and very happy thanks starbuds for resolving that in the way you did. Kudos to y'all 💚

So disappointed in my experience today. I left my job 30 mins early to make sure I was here in time to get my order. I ordered my items and at 10:10am they were ready. 3 items to be exact considering they were buy 2 get one for a penny. I even called around 4 to double check. Upon picking them up there was only 1 item in my order. I know that my order was broken into because it was ready 10 mins after they opened yet I get there only to find one item. Although they tried to replace it, they should have contacted me through leafly if that was the case. That is why I am pretty positive that it was fixed correctly in the am but by mid day someone probably assumed I was not coming and took it. Of course I will never know the truth but they don't realize the bins they put me in. Now I have no meds basically and won't be able to get any until tomorrow. I just feel like this was wrong especially bc I am very familiar with how this whole system works. I will be waiting on the call when the item is back in stock but after that I dont think I will be coming back . If an order isn't ready or can't be fulfilled it's health for life's obligation to call the patient ... never even got that. Then on top of that I missed money from my own job

this spot is so cool. the atmosphere is awesome and the staff is very pleasant! they have great deals and sundays they have 18.00 8ths, you can't beat that !
