They let you pre-order online for "express" pickup, but when we arrived to pick up it was drive through only with everyone else - whether or not they had pre-ordered. We were in that line for 2 1/4 hours before we finally bailed... empty handed. They handle one car at a time and each car averaged 12-16 minutes! Unacceptable customer service, or lack thereof.

They always have the stock they advertise, are courteous & professional, and so far all deliveries have been on time or early. Highly recommend.
