This review is only for the negative experience I just had at Capital City Care, not for the product nor for the customer service of the 2 employees doing their best to help me. While discussing the flowers that I couldn't have because I experienced congestion after smoking them, we were "shushed" loudly (and rudely, needless to say) by a manager or owner who was on the phone at the cashier area, apparently addressing a customer service or technical problem. I'm pretty laid-back, but as a 50-yr-old woman, I don't take kindly to being shushed by anyone, especially in a customer service context. I will post this to be helpful and will consider returning to this business only if they reach out to make amends; I realize they don't need my business. but I was really psyched to return to Capital City Care today for the first time since their old location burned down. Oh, well.
