Trulieve - Fort Walton

I am 55 years old and have recently retired. I started managing restaurants in my early twenties and know a little about customer service. I came to Trulieve after being diagnosed with several issues from PTSD to diabetes and arthritis. I knew nothing about the strains that could help me but thanks to the team there I was learning a lot with every visit. In addition to the staff's knowledge, they do something called smiling, saying hello, welcoming you in, saying goodbye to you as you leave. A lost art in customer service. I do not know the name of the manager or managers at the Trulieve in Fort Walton Beach, Florida they are doing a terrific job with their team. Keep up the good work. I came away from so many years of customer service remembering a couple of statements that resonated with me. People don't quit their jobs, they quit their bosses and success is self-evident in your people!!! I can't wait to meet all of the team members, but I would like to give a BIG SHOUT out to just a few of them. Thank you for going to work and really changing the lives of people like me, my man Jacob and my two girls Allison and Tori. You guys and girls are the BEST!!!
