I tried to place a delivery order on Sunday, 2/20/22. Their website claims that delivery ends at 8pm. I placed my order at 5:12 and received a text around 5:35pm that the order was accepted and would be delivered between 7-8. Then I get a text at 6:30 telling me that my order was canceled and I should call them if I have any questions lol. I called and the guy said I had to have placed the order by 6, which I did. Then he said that a driver can change his mind. They couldn’t even do me the favor of keeping my order for the next day or for me to pickup that evening—telling me I had to reorder, which takes 10 minutes. The guy on the phone was greeting people at the door and answering other peoples’ questions while talking to me lol! IDK, maybe employ more people and pay the ones you have better so they can actually do what management promises. I ended up ordering from the Apothecarium instead, around 7ish, and they delivered my order before 8:00pm that night.
