Disappointed to say the least. .Purchased a vaporizer that would not charge. Store deferred me to manufacturer, who requested a video of the product NOT working for which, if I am lucky enough to get a replacement, will take 2-4 weeks from WA state to WA state. Nice Christmas policy, eh? Also, the staff doesn't get commission. Know how I know this? Because the short time I spent in there I had to hear about it. Hey, guys - if you don't like your pay structure, please tell your boss, not the customer - we have our own problems. And smile to people over 30, please?
