Wow, I really love this strain! I got it as a pre-roll to try out different sativa strains. It smelled like oranges and cinnamon. Taste was a bit sour yet sweet. I am a more experienced user and only needed two puffs. It cleared my mind, leaving me focused. Felt tingly but no jitters or paranoia. Very smooth, light for a heavy leaning sativa. I will graduate to full flower if I can find. That's the problem with pre-rolls. Strains come and go. Highly recommend this strain for mornings and a quick pick me up.

Definitely smelled the pine, more like cedarwood. Definitely for more experienced user. Well, I tried the moon rock version...kief, hash, flower all in one. Smoked a small amount in a bowl. Experienced a nice uplifting, happy mind effect, with a relaxed physical body effect. It was nice. Def for watching a movie or chilling. It didn't make me sleepy until a few hours after smoking it. Helped with pain, did get dry eyes and thirsty. Didn't get munchies bad like with most strains.

Smooth. Left me relaxed yet not heavy sleepy feeling. I could taste the minty cool more than sweetness. Though high in THC, I didn't feel blasted. Nice strain.

I am an experienced user, and this strain made me anxious and paranoid. I haven't gotten paranoid from a strain in a long time. At first, it's an easy smoke. About 15 minutes in I suddenly felt paranoid and anxious, shaky. It freaked me out. It was like a small scale panic attack. I was able to talk myself off the ledge and then arousal happened out of nowhere. At the same time my stomach did flips, I felt a bit giggly and affectionate. It was as if the effects were in layers...paranoid, anxious, dizzy, euphoric, giggly, headache and dry everything. I thought the first time I smoked it, the effects must've been a fluke. Tried it again a few nights later. Same effect. Maybe it is just not for me and my body chemistry.

I am an experienced user. I was looking for a strong euphoric lay me out buzz. What I got was incredible pain relief, functional high. 1st time users may feel blasted. I experienced a nice easy zero anxiety lift. Yeah, after about an hour, I planted myself on the couch. But, I was pain free and I got some laundry down.

I tried Vanilla Frosting a few weeks ago. After only a few puffs, I had to call my boyfriend to come over as I felt like a cat in heat! All I can say is it took me and my boyfriend by surprise..high euphoria, arousal, quick to orgasm. Ok, so that was a few weeks ago. This weekend, I bought a pre-roll of VF from a different dispensary and, sadly, did not achieve the effect I did the first time. Ugh. Now I am in a desperate search for the closest quality dispensary selling VF! As I write this, Vanilla Frosting on Leafly has an average 4.1 stars out of 5, based on 18 reviews. This is what I hate about 5 star review systems. I wouldn't have bought this strain if I had saw it sucked at 4.1 stars. I'd love to see Leafly's review system change to a 1 to 10 system. Everything else is perfect on this site. Very informative, thorough, organized well.

Sour Joker is one of my fave sativa strains, right behind Jack Herer. With a lower THC content than Jack, this is my go-to when I want a lift without feeling that added level of high. Sour Joker is the perfect sativa for beginners and experienced weed smokers/lovers like me. After smoking a few hits, I feel uplifted, alert, focused, motivated, positive. If I add a few more hits after about 15 minutes, I experience a deeper level of "targeted focus" and will organize and clean my 1,500 unread emails and entire house top to bottom. Be careful, I've accidentally thrown away things while in a Sour Joker cleaning frenzy. Creativity is a lovely effect of this strain. Just remember to write down all of your great ideas while high. Sour Joker is a light, airy high, matched with a light airy taste and inhale. I don't feel like I am wearing this weed over my entire face and body after smoking it. I feel alert and zero paranoia. In other words, it is great for anxiety and depression. Lastly, my chronic pain is less. Not the best for pain relief. I prefer edibles with 1:1 THC:CBD for pain relief.

I love sativa strains for various reasons, depending on the day or situation. Sour Diesel does the job of a standard sativa. Produces feelings of being alert, creative, uplifted, productive, happy. I'll buy this if my usual sativa faves (Sour Joker and Jack Herer) aren't available at the local dispensary. I personally do not care for the diesel taste and dense smoke of Sour Diesel. Leaves me feeling a bit "dirty", as if it leaves a cloak of pot smoke embedded over my lips and face. I definitely need a breath mint or some gum after smoking this.

Don't let the Sativa part of this hybrid fool you. This strain is great for a Sunday afternoon, not for situations needing focus/memory. I like to mix a bit of this strain (1:4) with Sour Joker or Jack Herer, or other strong, energy sativa. Lucinda has a tangy taste, not too harsh. It does cause some "heavy eyes" but not a zonked out feeling. No dry mouth for me which I like. I'd recommend for that Sunday afternoon apple picking or watching football.
