Quality! After striking out 3 times in a row on bad flower at other dispensaries around town and wasting money, Tru Med came through with some real quality flower! 👌

Staff is great. Platinum Dosi was awful. Thats supposed to be a top shelf strain by a premium brand.. 22Red. Truly disappointed in the quality being THE WORST I've had in a looonggg time. Crispy dry with a super stale smell and no taste. Worst of all, no effect whatsoever.. other than a bad mood.. Stay away from that one. Garbage.

I'm a med patient and came in looking for a potent hybrid flower. I asked the DA what he recommends as I was unfamiliar with the brands and some of the strains available. He straight up told me he doesn't like any of their strains and to try this Shango Chem Fusion saying its a "heavy hitter" and proceeded to tell me the industry is a just a cash grab now and no one cares about quality.. There's truth to that.. but what a shitty experience as a patient to hear only negative comments and not once asking what I need or prefer. Dude had 0 skills as a DA and didn't introduce himself so don't know his name.. but this is who you have representing your company? With all the Rec patients, you don't know how to provide good service to Med patients anymore?? Anyway the Shango flower was straight GARBAGE! Worthy of flushing in the toilet. NO smell, NO taste and NO EFFECT for $60. How can this even be sold as a medical product?? Pathetic
