First time patient. Attempts to voice concerns experienced during a visit in April via available company avenues have been repeatedly ignored. Emails sent via their corporate page go unanswered. You will be just a number to this dispensary. I have not returned since and left all of my new patient discounts on the table, unused. There is an unacceptable lack of customer service as concerns go unanswered. There is no formal return policy structure posted on their corporate website nor is it covered during new patient "orientation". Would not recommend this dispensary to anyone and will tell everyone I know my full experience there. Will update this post with more details when health & time permits. You will also notice, unlike other reputable businesses that stand by their quality, they do not respond to complaints in public either. For now, buyer beware.

First dispensary visit ever. The person tending to me was aloof, distracted and seemed uninterested. Thank goodness I did some research ahead of time so it saved everyone some time. The few questions I had were met with having to repeat myself or short quick answers that left me a bit confused as a new patient. Maybe I was expecting more during a first visit as a new patient until I get the swing of things. My advice is plan out what you need because depending on the person you will feel rushed.
