I came in here to buy a tincture they have listed. A 30ml bottle of Sunderstorm Harmony 1:1 that was listed at $50 on the website. After leaving with my stapled white bag and I get home I opened it to find they placed a 10ml bottle of Sunderstorm Harmony 1:1. I called the following day and spoke to Matt and was told I need to return and speak with the manager.
I returned and spoke with the manager who refused to exchange the tincture for the correct one or comparable priced 1:1 CBD/THC tincture, saying it may have been opened. The problem is that you are not permitted to open your bag after purchase either at the location or at your car.
These people are scumbags. And dishonest. Avoid this place
