Everything has always been great here. Everyone always takes care of with a smile and never has a problem making sure I leave with what makes me happy. Tameka today gave me the worst customer service she didn’t want to check if any of the mpx was cheaper even after I told her I had seen it on curaleaf and Leafly there was 3 different strains that were 38$,I told her to check the first one there was there and it was 38$and she was rude when she realized I was correct. I had also called too before getting there and the sweet lady on the phone told me there was .

I went to Nirvana on 35th around 1:30PM. I was caught in a verbal argument between me and two other employees.( Manager &Blonde Haired girl). I proceeded with asking the employee if she would be able to show me the wax, I’ve done this plenty times before and there was never any issues. She denied me the ability to be shown the wax. I then asked to speak to the Ray because that’s who I thought was one of the managers as well , he said sure and started to open it and she stopped him midway and told him he couldn’t but the other coworker agreed so he did it anyways like how I first asked.Upon checking out, I pulled my phone out simply to check the time and she yelled at me and demanded for me to put my phone away. I then politely asked why she was being so rude, and the altercation escalated.The manager, instead of having the customer, me, in mind he decided to label me for being the bad guy due to a past altercation on the phone. And said “I have already spoke to you before” and said I was provoking her. He then began to lecture me instead of just making sure the argument didn’t escalate. Although this was all instigated by the women worker, I was made to feel uncomfortable even after being a customer since June. This was completely unacceptable, and I felt cornered. All I was trying to do was get my medicine. No situation at a medical marijuana dispensary should be that out of hand for them both to raise their voice nor give me the experience they gave me. Great customer service.
