Ordered an eight on special-buy one get one for a dollar. Was not obvious to me (and others) that you needed to add two eighths to your cart to get the special. I realized when it arrived and was missing an eight. I should not have accepted the order but assumed they would take care of it for me and I was wrong. Said there was nothing they could do. I have ordered thousands of dollars from them and always leave the driver a good tip. No matter what you’re selling that was horrible customer service. Won’t be ordering from them any more.
