BAILEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 25 mins the first time I tried to preorder after the 25 mins she hung up I called back she was rude about me nicely saying out call was disconnected she then said she had to put me on hold I was then on hold for 35 mins I had the phone on speaker to make sure I didn't accidentally hang up after waiting an hour in all I was hung up again before I was put on hold I asked do you guys have an cherry icee timeless cartridges in stock because I'm coming from far I love an hour away she said yes after I waited 60 mins to order and was hung up on twice by BAILEY I called back several times every time it rang and rang or when to voicemail I called my whole hour trip so for 2 hours BAILEY couldn't answer that's Terrible customer service !!! I've been take calls over the phone for many years stressful ones and back to back so I don't see why bailey couldn't have handled her calls back to back my husband and me use to love it here but the customer service has went downhill and Nirvana does try to fix their mistakes so we will continue to stay clear form nirvana u till they get their affairs in order and go to tru bliss we're the staff is always kind and trying to help and the flower is fresh strong and very affordable plus they give 3% cash back so you always go home with cash credits for your next visit!!
