I was a LOYAL customer for years, but since new ownership...worst customer service ever. They change/delete information on your account without notification, change their payment policies without notification, and even LIE to you about their policies. Make sure to have a fire extinguisher handy for the gaslighting....not for the fire cannabis =(
Really disappointed that my fav place is now seemingly gone.
