Parking is always available, the place is safe and isn't sketchy outside unlike blooms parking lot. There's always room in their waiting room which has a flat screen and water fountains and even a purified water dispenser, first time purchase you can get a free 8th that's free that's more expensive then the 8th you buy so this shows you their in the business to help people and this I've seen every single visit I've switched from delivery dispensaries for 2 years to going to this place due to their fire special strains because it's really premium cannabis they put on sale not cheap weed like other places is for the price, and when I come in with money the tender always helps me with spending all of it and get the most out of it while I'm there and always have extra change if I don't have tax on me, the weed is VERY high quality no matter the price they price on how much they have in stock not quality. The shake is literally small little nugs!!! I love this place their quick in getting you back in the room and take there time with you when your back and never rush you. Thanks for being so close in Tempe too!!!

This place truly disappointed me, I drove 30 miles and it was my first time in a actual shop because they carried a item I needed but I could have gone to two other places that had the brand of cartridge. I came in I didn't wait after handing and letting them scan my card but after that my experience should have been pleasant. I went behind the doors I should have been able to look around and take my time I went over to the desk where it seemed like she was connected to the hip to me like I was being rushed and that felt uncomfortable and so I just stayed out at the weed section cuz I glanced over behind and saw there's some glass and edibles over back there but just seemed like she needed me gone and when i finally knew she wasn't going anywhere I bought somethings I knew I was gonna do for sure to get her off my back I found out the advertisement for the first patient special is a lie its specific to only 8ths and hash oil and only them adjacent together not even combined it clearly reads buy 55$ worth get 55$ of store credit pretty much you should probably change that better for the people who read things literal. I told the lady I wanna pay for the 2 cartridges and I'll take a pre roll to see where my money flow is at then I'll buy some more stuff then I got my change back and a couple minutes later i pull out my phone and she's like "so are you done" who says that kind of shit? Disrespectful and I've been to prison glad it was a woman working. This is customer service? I told her I'm looking now at your menu on leafly cause you literally have no prices on anything in this place and I'm not gonna be that guy asking a million questions cuz you obviously don't want me here and are on a strict time limit with people in that room cuz I didn't spend more then 10 minutes in there and more then 5 feet of walking distance and felt very rushed and like a number not a person and the weed is so expensive it's like the 80's catch up to the 2017 prices I'm in no way disrespectful but I'm a honest critic but you guys are giving a bad name to the cause, and quality has no difference in the price as far as I saw and as long as I been buying medical marijuana in the valley your taking advantage of people while being rude. But I did enjoy my free cartridge wish my experience was way different. Probably will never go back because of the disrespect I was shown I went in wanting to spend all my money left with half of it.
