there was some mistakes in my last review that made it hard to interpret and I cannot edit so here is the reviewed edited version:
Herbal wellness center is my spot you already know, but ordering online is overrated, considering, the only benefit is that they will have your order prepared. The downfall is that your still going to have to wait in line, because there are only two lines one medical line and one recreational line, so, they don't even consider that your order is made online until they call your name and proceed by saying "for express" and then it's your actual turn to walk into the back of the dispensary.
So in reality, the time you are "saving" is by inputting your order online and not through the employees but there is no designated "express line", and you must wait your individual turn, respectfully one by one between both medical and recreational lines
But there's still another problem from the express ordering..
The other complication is that when ordering through leafly, when clicking the thumbnail pictures of the 1/8ths for sale and then selecting a higher quantity that is showcased in the picture such as a quarter, half Oz, or Oz and you put it in your cart.
When you get with the cashier in the dispensary they always see that the order has been prepared incorrectly.
There is something wrong in the pickup order they recieve on their end of their screen.
Maybe bad code or programmers mistake but like mentioned, you click the picture of the 1/8 select a higher quantity, put it in your cart for pick up, and go pick it up and they always think that you want just an 1/8th for some reason. To be fair this has happened on two different occasions where the baggers thought I only ordered one 1/8 and actually I ordered more. So it might be better just to order through the sales cashier because the order could just be communicated misinterpretly from leafly to the employees at HWC.
And it would be nice if the deals of the day were already precalculated in leafly.
There was a time I almost paid recreational price because the cashier at the dispensary has to manually apply that it is a medical price and discount for that day.
And/or it should automatically be applied at the dispensary itself. For one, I scan my medical ID when entering the building, secondly, when I get called to the back room where you make your purchase I get reverify that I am who I am upon roll call and that I am a medical card holder. There needs to be standardize viewing page for the cashier associates to see for that particular customer whether their recreational, medical, or DA, veterans, etc. because having them to remember all these steps to do manually can cause simple errors and inconvenience for everyone that catches the mistakes.
