Worst dispensary I have ever been to. The owner/management is incompetent and should not be permitted by Ohio to hold a license. I placed and order online. Sunnyside sent a text saying it was ready to pick up. Drove the one hour drive to Sunnyside only to learn that they closed early because their "system" was down all afternoon. If the system was down, why did it take my order? Why did no one call or text me to say the system was down and the order could not be filled? All questions I would have loved to ask or alert them to maybe consider doing for their customers. However, the security guard was insistent no one could enter and of course, no one ever answers the phone there. I left a message and I am sure they will never call back. I also sent an email advising them exactly why I will never be going back to Sunnyside or buying Cresco products again. Their actions reveal exactly how much they care about their "patients/customers". Must be nice to have a monopoly. Thank you State of Ohio.
