I visit Project Releaf several times a week. Has been my go to since I've received my medical card. It is with sadness that I have to say how disappointed I am with the service and follow up I have received. I purchase 5-6 ixi indica 500 mg gummies a week, along with lots of flower. The flower is not the problem, nor the quality of any of their products. I noticed 3 weeks ago they were running out of ixi gummies. I asked several employees when they would be getting more, all with the same answer, I don't know, with no attempt whatsoever to find an answer for me. I travel a long way to come to this dispensary so after 3 wasted trips I would like to know when the product would be in so I don't waste trips..so I called the store, with no luck, everyone has no clue who orders product, when it will be in or what day. So I messaged on FB. Someone from the store answered and told me to give them a few minutes and they would find out what is going on. Needless to say I never received a fb response either, after being told to hold on they would get an answer for me. So I called again. Told to call back weekdays between 8-4. I called Monday, 11am. Was left on hold for 15 minutes, when a man finally picked up, I believe his name was Antwan. He was trying to be helpful, took my info , said someone would call me back. Nothing. So for 3 weeks, all I've wanted to know is when would they be getting more ixi indica 500 mg gummies in or if they are even still available . I don't understand how there is no care given to answer a customer's question that should be so simple to find an answer to. I have since talked to the owner of Budz and he will order my gummies for me since Project doesn't want my business apparently. That is $250-$300 a week that I guess they didn't need. I can say with so many dispensaries out there customer service is top priority.
