This is a really good bedtime strain for me. I'm a heavy smoker, mostly Sativa... I have horrible insomnia and night sweats, and this hits me pretty quick and heavy, with a happy giggly high. Then I'm right to sleep. I, personally won't smoke it during the day because it does make me really sleepy after a bit, but it's great for kicking back before bedtime, with a goofy comedy on to take your mind off and then falling asleep.
