First visit, while the staff was friendly the retail process flow is convoluted. Queue to get in, queue to select product, queue to check out. There were more staff than customers, yet spent time waiting in each queue. Expect a "journey" to get checked out. Item I purchased was 20% more expensive than the retailor I normally patronize; where one staff member checks ID, selects product and checks the client out. One star, I wasn't impressed and left annoyed.
