I'm a medical patient and I was denied my purchase here because it was 10pm but I watched several recreational patients walk out with product before me. I was helped by budtender Nick right after I walked in the store at 9:48. I apologised for being so close to closing time and he said no worries and that they would get us our product no problem. I restated that it was my first time here and I was a med patient after I handed him my med. card. He handed it right back to me and maybe I should have known then he was making a mistake. I asked some questions and looked at some product and when I settled on my purchase it was 3 minutes from closing. Nick went in the back and came to ring us up and when I handed him my med. card he went to the computer and then abruptly stopped and apologized and told me we couldn't buy our product because he neglected to enter my card into the system prior and it was already 10:00. My girlfriend, who is a budtender, suggested that he ring us up as recreational and give us a discount but he wouldn't do that and didn't even offer any kind of compensation for lying to us and wasting our time. We were passing through on our way North and it's a shame that we got stuck with such an incompetent budtender because the other customers seemed happy and the store seems pretty good. Needless to say this was a terrible experience where we walked out empty-handed.
