I spent 50 dollars for some live resin from here, which they told me they could not open to inspect at the store due to “new packaging regulations” and once I got it home, the crystals were on the side of the glass container and all of the terpenes had leaked to the lid, meaning I literally lost half the product. No way to scrape it. Seriously, if the concentrate says “Best Kept Refrigerated” then follow the fucking instructions. It’s not rocket science. You can tell they are in it only for the money and could care less how the quality is. I’ve gotten this SAME STRAIN by the same brand at other stores that use refrigerators and it looks pristine. Get a damn refrigerator!!!!!!
