Garden Remedies Marlborough: Med + Adult-use

I had a horrible experience in Marlborough. I have been to Newton and use Melrose a lot. And had much better experienced. First off the check in was very different as I was checking (I’m a medical patient.) adult use patrons were wizzing past at me. When I got past the first door there were NO written menu’s only iPads and I could not read the print and the screen would not enlarge when pinched open. When I asked for help I was directed to the counter I asked for the Dr’s blend (house blend cartridge) that I get often in Melrose I was told the products are different. These are 2 different sites in the same franchise why are the products different. Then I asked for the low dose sugar they don’t carry that either. I could have found this out for myself if they had a menu Imcould actually read. Print too small on the iPad and could not enlarge screen. Then when I asked which cartridge was most like what I was looking for the bud tender had to ask someone else, and gave me an attitude like she could not have been bothered to answer my question or be inconvenienced by having to ask someone for the answer. So now I have a new male bud tender as bud tender #1 couldn’t be bothered. Bud tender 2 seemed more knowledgeable as to the crossover or similarities of the different options. But when he checked me out he gave me a price I thought to be a bit high. I looked at the slip as it said $80 for an item that I know to be $60. Then I asked #2 this doesn’t seem right. True I did not bring my phone in so did not have a calculator. I have a TBI and have not been good with number since my injury. He got an attitude like he didn’t have the time to answer my question, I should just go away so he could wait on an adult use customer. I will most probably never return to Marlborough and I would advise any medical patient who is a veteran over 50 not go there either.
