I have never written a review for anything ever before, so this will be my first. I, myself am I’m the industry, and have never before experienced such terrible customer service at a dispensary. First off, my friend and I came in together. It was both our first time. Checking in, the guy at the receptionist desk was extremely rude to the both of us. Obviously, we came together, so I am standing next to her, and he yells ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ as he’s checking her in. It’s obvious he wasn’t aware that we were trying to check in together because he was too busy being rude to patients to see that. Second, the bud tender who helped me was beyond weird, and made me uncomfortable. And when I told him I was a DA and gave him my card he, questioned my employment. I told him where I worked. And apparently that wasn’t enough for him, so he asked me to show him my bank statement!!! And he also asked to see my check stub!! Who is he to ask me for any of that confidential information???!! I have been to over 15 different dispensaries in the valley, and not ever have I been asked that! Also, being in the industry, and getting shown DA cards from other agents, I have never once asked to see either of those two things. Hands down, rudest employees ever. Very disappointing dispensary. That dude should be fired for asking to see my personal information after showing him my VALID da card.
