I love Growing releaf, but as someone who visits every week for the last 2 years I gotta say these new daily deals aren't great. no more shatter day? no more 15% off flower?? these are the deals that kept me coming every week.
I really enjoyed this new shop however they need more deals. everywhere else around here has happy hours or shatter days. everyone has the same basic products having deals and sales is what will get me return I cant come pay full price here when 2 places a mile away have better prices.
I come here multiple times a week and make purchases and I love the place. Last week my cartridge failed. It was towards the end so I didnt complain but mentioned it when I came in. They suggested another brand. Got that one and within few days it was clogged and requiring a lot of effort to use. I called store they said bring it in. I drove 40 minutes. Guy did same thing I did at home to unclog it and says its considered fixed. First he put his mouth on my cart. I didnt give him permission. I dont know where his lips have been, second I already knew if you messed around with it you could get it working, but it clogs again a few minutes later. He said this is considered working and wouldn't replace it.
So I drove 40 minutes to have some stranger put his mouth on my cart and tell me it clogging is still considered working. You lost a customer I come here multiple times a week but not anymore.
The slogan is "Why are you paying more" and that used to be true of this place. This place was 100 percent for the medical patient. But not anymore. Same quality, but the price has gone up to 10-12 a gram. And dab?? $60?? For med patients? Sorry there are plenty of places in town still respecting their med patients.
As someone who has come to your location since you were on broadway..wtf is up with these new prices..110 for a gram of dabs?? who can afford that? what patient can't afford that?? congratulations per gram you have the most expensive drug legal or illegal in the country.
I've used loud medicine a handful of times over the years and always had the same opinion. the flower is great the dabs are just ok. well i saw some recent photos on their social media and they had a few dabs that looked decent. I had a half delivered of a mix of strains and I'm kind of disappointed in the quality of almost all of it. it's very obviously outdoor or trim runs. the shatter is dark, the butter looks like someone open blasted it. one of them gives me a headache every time. none have any kind of pleasant taste. overall big waste of money. the flower was great though and I'd continue to get flower here..but the dab game reminds me of 6 years ago..for 30 a gram I expect better quality
obvious this place doesn't care about medical patients..from the prepackaged flower crap, to an almost zero selection of extracts for medical patients, to a menu that is priced only for rec people...sad that all these places opened off the back of medical patients support and hard work, to only stab is in the back with selection and service like this
First time in..where do I start?
So I came in, the store is divided by rec/med like most are now, went to med side..stood there for a bit, even though there was only 1 other person in the store.
The concentrate section is a mess, just stuff kind of thrown all around, no prices, no way to see what is what.
Budtender finally comes in from out front, asks me what I am looking for, let her know concentrates, some flower and some of the golden vape carts, since they are running a deal on them. Buy 1 full gram get a .5 gram for free.
She lets me know flower is only on the rec side and she can help me after with it.
So she shows me the golden carts, which are all out of view so she has to put them up one at a time. I pick out 2 full grams, and she tells me she only has 1 option for the free half grams..even though on their menu they show multiple .5 strains..so whatever I take it. First problem starts here, I see that they gave me a full gram, instead of 2 .5 grams..which is what the deal is, which is what I wanted, I didn't want a free gram, that is not the deal, I very specifically wanted 2 .5 grams, she said this was all they had. It is also tested 5 months ago, unlike the ones i paid for which are newer carts. It is also one of the lowest tested golden carts I've seen at 34%...so old cart, and low tested, and one option, that was what the advertisement should be, not that you get to chose a free half gram and no limit
Second problem, I let her know I wanted concentrates but its a mess its hard to tell what anything is, I stood over there while she did the vape pens hoping shed come over and help, considering we've both acknowledged at this point I want some..nope she doesn't come over, also doesn't bring me to flowers, she rings up my vape carts, gives me my total, and tells me to have a nice day.
Im confused at this point..do you not want my money?
Do you not want medical patients anymore?
Am I supposed to feel like a burden when I come in to buy medication? Are you rec only now?
This really sucks for a long time patient, also a long time customer of your other nectar locations. You wouldn't be open if it wasnt for us medical patients, I get we can take more time, and we require more hands on customer service than some rec people, but damn that;s why you are open..to help patients...
