I was previously a regular at this establishment and for the most part had a pleasant experience. Until I didn't.I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dispensary. After noticing a mistake with my order, I reached out to resolve it politely. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff was rude and outright called me a liar. Their lack of professionalism and respect is shocking. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated fairly, but instead, I was met with hostility and disbelief. There are plenty of other dispensaries that value their customers—this is not one of them. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

My interaction with Joel the manager left a bad taste in my mouth I will probably not return unless I have no other choice.I found his over attitude disrespectful. His customer service leaves much to be desired. He was rude , condescending, and out entire conversation was rushed and I could tell he just wanted to get me out of the dispensary. The budtenders(andrea and I dont know the other's names I delt with were a pleasure and I honestly feel bad that they have to work for such an incompetent manager.
