Seen the doctor on Sunday, had the renewal Monday evening confirmed. Great service spot on paperwork. Very happy with this visit, the provider I was using had went out of business, this was worth the drive.

Looks like this place changed over to Story, first off they no longer take debit cards but do have an atm onsite at a three dollar fee. Staff is very helpful and friendly, products are of good quality. Prices are okay and they have a decent rewards program. Will see down the road is the change in name is for the better or worst.
Awesome service first time in a Jars location. Nicole was spot on service wise and signed me up for rewards program. Location very easy access and was in and out quickly. Only improvement would be if they did medical but the prices made up for the difference. Will return.
Great place. parking can be tough and it can be a little hard to locate on first visit. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great products and fair prices. Was able to get in 8-6-2022 and take advantage of there anniversary specials needless to say it was very busy, but the prices were awesome.
Don't forget to check out there Flagstaff location if you are up north, was my go to when I was up there for work.
