Never coming here again. Had to come back here twice after my first order because they left items out the very first time I came in. On the second visit they screwed up AGAIN and completely got my order wrong (I even ordered ahead on the order kiosk in the store to ensure nobody would screw it up) but clearly whoever puts orders together is severely illiterate or just too high to do anything right. 3 items in the second order were completely screwed up. The girl checking me out wouldn’t even go over the items in the order even though I kept asking about what I had. When I finally left that’s when I realized two items were left out of my order, and they put an eighth in there that I DID NOT order. I was charged $55 for this overpriced flower. I called and spoke with an absolute moronic “manager” Jamie a.k.a. James who said that they can’t legally take back the flower. Because of this he recommended just using the flower since they can’t take it back, and then come back to the store that same day for a refund since I was overcharged for product I did not want at all. I come back to the store for the THIRD TIME and Jamie completely walks back on what we discussed over the phone. He was incredibly rude during my visit and refused to help me at all. At the end of our discussion and after going back-and-forth for about 30 minutes, he finally said he will “make it right” by giving me a free Nordic goddess body balm. However, the balm that he gave to me already expired. Avoid this place at all costs, there are much better dispensaries literally anywhere else in Vegas with much better service provided by people who actually know what they’re doing. Also the products I did receive were sub-par at best. Definitely not worth it. These people don’t even know about terpenes or medical benefits of certain strains which is frustrating as a medical patient. These people are truly incompetent, I seemed to know more about the strains than the actual bud tenders. The products seem to have a chemical taste to them as well.
