Unfortunately, the flower I ordered online this past round was simply awful... no frosty nugs, no hairs, brownnn nugs, dry dry dry, super harsh, smells immature like shwag... I have only ever had one bad experience here prior, where I was sold shake instead of flower, but that was resolved with a quick phone call to the Kind staff! Thank you btw, but I should have known better this round to look at my product before leavinf. It was about 6p on a Friday evening so there was people waiting out the door! To be courteous, I got my bag and got outta there but this is the least quality weed I have had outside of Illinois! Usually you guys have stellar strains on all tiers, so very disappointed this time guys! Sorry to be a hater Kind Care team!! But, I even mentioned I usually go to Organic Alternatives in my neighborhood, but was looking to try something different and the girls at the desk bashed their quality and location!! Not cool!!!!!

I come here often, and was treated to a surprise whenever I received 25% off my entire pick up order. I have used Leafly to pre-order there a load of times in the past, so I am extremely satisfied they still honored the discount!! The budtenders always treat me with respect and are some of the best in town for sure. Gotta love beating the long line every time too! Big fan of my purchases as well 😁👍
