Harvest HOC - Chandler (Med/Rec)

I came in maybe two monday's ago to take advantage of the First time Patient BOGO(3x.) I was excited to get some of that Roll's choice buds, So I had placed an order for it before going in. Highest thc yielding flower I've seen around my area! Unfortunately, after getting there and deciding with the budtender what I wanted for my other two BOGO's, I found Out that I hadn't enough allotment for my order. Yikes! My budtender apologized, saying that the staff should have noticed and said something before even putting my order aside. She asked around, seeing what she could do for me. She ended up telling me that what she could do, is let me come in another day to use my First time patient deal, AS LONG as I didn't make a purchase that initial day.
It was my fault too, I figured, and cut my losses and went home, waiting for the next monday to come with Roll's choice in stock. That day finally came this monday (3/2/20) and I placed my order and came in with excitement to pick my 3 BOGO's.
However, I get there and the gentleman who rang me up told me that he couldn't honor what I was promised, and that I could only do ONE BOGO, even though it was a monday. It doesn't make sense! I was furious but didn't want to make a scene, since I had somewhere to be. Nonetheless, I am disappointed with this experience. This made me unsure if I even wanted to return.
