They don't have a pos that takes cards. This kinda doesn't work these days. Nice people, nice looking store. Couldn't try product because I didn't have cash.
Super nice people in back, the woman up front was meh. Good concentrates, I still haven't smoked my free preroll I got for being a new customer. They didn't take credit cards and I had to go to a ATM in a convenience store. This is my new point of contention with dispensaries. So many take credit cards now, and if you don't it is just another reason for me to stay away.
The new spot is sweet, the service is happy and smiley, and the concentrates are some of the best in the Eugene area. Next Level is now wheelchair accessible, and with the ability to take credit cards, they are the perfect dispensary for everyone. The flowers are good, however I mostly go here for the concentrates.
I come here for my concentrates pretty much exclusively now. And after shopping around, this spot has some of the tastiest and stoniest I have found in Eugene. Reading some of the reviews I noticed people were saying that the employees were too baked too perform. I noticed that they seem high, but so what? They like herbs, and I would be high if I worked in a spot with them encircling me for 6-8 hrs. a day. I'm high from the time I wake up until I go to bed for medical reasons. The people that work there are super friendly, knowledgeable, and know their product. Wish more people could get high at work!
Second time in and I was in need of edibles. Awesome service, steered me in the right direction and made it worth my while. One of the best in Eugene for sure.
Professional, friendly, clean, reasonably priced, and good quality herbs. The owner takes pride in his flowers, talks about them, and engages you while sharing samples. The other bud tender and receptionist were both conversational and friendly. The staff held eye contact, didn't act like sketchy drug dealers. Information they shared felt engaging, real informative, not speculation on the product. Personally, I find it annoying when the bud tender speculates on the products they are selling... Not here, they are on top of it. Recommended
This place is ok, not excellent. Prices are good, selection is good. Clean location, friendly staff, and easily accessibility if you are disabled . My only gripe was with the dryness of the herb, it tasted stale.
This place has some great prices on some really stoney, clean herbs. Fantastic quality sour D and the woman in the back was friendly and helpful. I will be coming back as it is the closest dispensary to my house now, it is kiddie-corner from the downtown library. Check them for sure!
I used to come here weekly, no more. As I was called back, two bud tenders came back with me from a smoke break and reeked of cigarettes. When I was in bud room all I could smell was cigarettes (gross, unhealthy and distracting). They where out of BOTH strains I came in for (even though listed on their menu) and offered no sort of compensation or other options to keep me as a customer. I said " I guess I need to go somewhere else" and they didn't try and stop me and suggest something else! Sorry, this is poor customer service. Similar experiences have happened to me at a few other dispensaries in town and they tried to make it worth my while for coming in. Not at cannablis. I used to come in here weekly because the prices were good for the quality, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I won't be shopping here anymore. They need to understand that these dispensaries are becoming a dime a dozen and the quality at cannablis is not as good as the top 2 (micro guild, amazon being the best) in Eugene. The only thing they have going is location, good herbs, and decent prices. These quality are not enough to keep me. The woman at the desk was awesome as usual, but I was just "over" they style of service in the back. Went down the street to Kush MMD, not as nice inside, but excellent customer service and they hooked me up on some really nice NYC Sour D. I was gonna drop like 250 bucks in cannabliss, they should have worked with me!
I was greeted in a positive, warm manner and the office was immaculate. I appreciate the cleanliness, felt like a holistic clinic. They have a nice variance in price-points, meaning- you get what you pay for.
Being broke these days, I went for 5 dollar grams . Of the two strains I tried, one was clearly better but the quality is on par with price. I vaporize and smoke so flavor is key more so for me when vaporizing. The 5 dollar strains are low on taste if you like to vaporize. If you look into their specials tab (here on Leafly) they have a coupon for one free gram for first time patients. They honored this and I was able to try one of the 8 dollar strains. They were all on point for their price.
Final verdict- I will be coming back they have a nice location with parking it's discreet, and the staff are all friendly. Some other time I need to try the higher quality strains to give a more rounded opinion, but I would recommend them for sure.
