I have been shopping at Higher Love since it opened! ( and Im so glad you opened) Today was my second time trying out the online services. Jack was the young man assisting me today. Jack did an amazing job! He was very helpful with my order and explaining some of the processes and procedures. The whole time he had a great smile on his face which surprised me it is a miserable day in the UP raining and snowing. He didn’t let the weather bother him despite having to make several trips out into it! I really liked working with Jack he was friendly helpful and had a great smile the whole time. This guy is “ The real deal” when it comes to customer service!!!
