Love these for day time dosing. However, Sunnyside South Beloit and Sunnyside Rockford are near me but never carry them anymore. Also, when you ask staff about carrying them again (They used to always carry them) they say they have no control over ordering ANY PRODUCTS. Cresco Labs claim they are the big fish. Like to see how McDonald's would function if french fries were only sporadically available at only certain stores at certain times! Customers are a companies bread and butter. Better start treating us like you agree, Cresco Labs. Oh, try calling their dispensaries numbers. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS.

I love these. The flavor and the effect is really perfect for me. However, none of the Sunnyside dispensaries within an hour of my home carry it anymore. The staff at Sunnyside South Beloit dispensary and Sunnyside Rockford look at me with disdain and claim they have no control over order availability, EVER. The product is great. The company has very little use for customer service and support. How disappointing 😞.

No lines of people (as of yet)! Product diversity. Straight answers about product availability. The store is really attractive. Hoping that as business ramps up, sales people will find the time to talk with me. Hoping that we will one day be allowed to observe bud structure and fragrances. In Walla Walla, Washington, there is a store I visited that had bud samples in containers that visually magnified product and holes that fragrances could be accessed without actually touching the flowers. I am guessing that covid has probably ended that practice for now...

I left a review a couple of days ago. One thing I would like to add... Cresco Labs Sunnyside in Rockford and South Beloit need to answer your phones. I required help setting my account up with Sunnyside when I moved here from the East coast. Calling them gave me...crickets and an answering service. That is inexcusable. If anything, give people a job answering client calls from home. I placed a one star on your ratings above for just that reason. Encouraging clients to contact the company via phone calls, when you are well aware NO ONE WILL ANSWER only frustrates us. The initial excuse was Pandemic related. That no longer flies.... Hire employees to answer client calls from home. Give them real time updates of inventory information, line length and wait times to pass on to clients along with product details. Provide people safe jobs. This can offer veterans, elderly folks, and disabled individuals income offering clients information they need. Much better than, a recording. Come on, man! Hell, I'll take that job! Feel free to email me! Innovations like this will help place Sunnyside farther ahead of competition. Cannot believe management hasn't thought of this... Laura
