To start off at entrance two lines one pre order and other no pre order but no sign to tell you which line to get in someone has to tell you, need a sign! also once you go in for pre order they take your ID and make you wait in lobby until someone brings you your ID i don't like this i want my ID back right away! then they take you to a "magic carpet" and make you wait again until your name is called for your pre order this is lame just have a dedicated line for pre orders walk up give ID and get it! they should not be mixed in with the non pre order clients this defeats the purpose of a pre order, Also people who came in after me were called first. i expect expedited service when i pre order not waiting in three lines to get it! you can do better then this. otherwise workers are friendly and product is good. but not sure i will go back soon i have been to all others in Berkshire County and they all have a superior experience to this.
