They have no shame in presentation the lobby was filthy extra trash bags sitting on the floor next to the trash can. There's 2 windows for preorders only one is open the other one has a pile of junk in front of it should have known walking in after seeing that it was going to be a bad experience. It shouldn't take 20+ minutes for a preorder also the only curaleaf I've had issues with redeeming rewards points on there website it doesn't mention anything about a minimum purchase to redeem your points this dispensary is trash. Plenty of other dispos in AZ that would like the money maybe if curaleaf wasn't such a big corporation with investors to please they would be better off.
Pretty disappointing that u dont carry the prepackaged half oz any more and u raised your price 10$ per eighth ouch as a loyal customer I dont think I'll be returning.
I drove 30 minutes for them to not have what there leafly menu said they had and to top it off I was told they've been out of the 2 strains I was looking for for a week!
Kinda upset about the price increase on the half oz of the popcorn. 10-30 $ is quite a bit don't you think especially when we're in a pandemic. I'm terrified of the prices if it becomes legal us patents will be soon priced out of our medicine.
Since they raised the prices 30% on a oz they should have plenty of stock now. Since you can't figure out how to keep it on the shelf just raise the prices good motto.
I've been going to horizon for quite a few months now and I have to say I've never been disappointed. whenever I want to get the best quality I know this is the place to go. I've shopped at over 30 different places and the concentrates are the best in the valley that I've seen. few days ago I had a problem with one of the one gram oil cartridges I bought it was leaking a little bit I brought it in and they happily replaced it with a full gram of any wax i wanted. it's great to know that they stand behind there products. i will be back soon!
