The drive up window! from MI have had a card there since 2008 WONDERFUL. Florida needs some work getting it less expensive so sick people that are too sick to work can afford the card let alone the medication. Been to many dispenssaries here and by far GROW HEALTHY has the BEST FLOWER. Best medication since moved here. EXCELLENT. one thing, like every dispensary in FL comfirm your order perhaps more than once. Again love the drive through and Customer Service on the phone super nice and very informed, Excellent Customer Service via Phone Orders. If you are a disabled person, disabled vet on hardship they will give you discounts, however, have not figured out how to show them my papers so can't say for sure - it does state this info on their website. All and all GREAT!

One where I waited six hours for a text that the item already promised to me was out of stock and Customer service nonexistent. Seriously, too busy counting the money to even try to do a decent job as a dispensary. I gave you plenty of chances. You're never gonna try hard enough to be any good. Within the last two weeks I have attempted to place two orders with this company. One where I waited six hours for a text that the item already promised to me was out of stock and unavailable with no way to amend that issue unless I placed a new order to wait again so I had to go without medication and again today 04/05 is my third call and fourth request for a call back from a supervisor or manager after placing an order 04/01 there was no contact made via Trulieve I have had to call the call center and deal with unruly rude agents who promise for a 24-48 hour call back that never comes and refuse to connect me to someone directly. I spoke to a yamulet who insisted I couldn’t speak with someone and switched her wording up repeatedly to end the call with “she will see if they could get ahold of me” this is no way to treat patients I’ve been without medication now after this order attempt three days and if I was relying solely on trulieve which is my first choice dispensary normally it would be long over a week without medication. This issue needs to be fixed. It’s absurd I cannot contact a store directly or have a call back from someone when I am told my issue has been escalated. 24-48 hours is a pacifier I have not received any call backs from any complaint and im completely disappointed that this once thriving company now tends to have no regard for their patients because they are unprepared for this change with a pandemic going on. Dispensaries are supposed to be essential and you cannot even obtain medication through this company right now. I have not experience this issue with grow healthy, surterra or any other dispensary in the Tampa Bay Area during this time and the change in procedures thankfully and it baffles me that trulieve is having such difficulty getting things together to take and fill orders. To be out of medication you depend on daily for multiple days to over a week is totally unhealthy and can cause issues for any patient. The ultimate let down is a patient without medication and the lack of response from supervisors and management to rectify these issues and the disregard the company call center employees have for the caller. Helpful (0) This place is terrible. They never have what you order it's always out of stock. The parking lot is horror show very bad people are not doing anything right. As the Convent19 rises – Trulieve too busy counting their money since the charge $58 - street weed, for garbage the size of your fingernail not cured right, and THC is a JOKE. Florida is a mess the only people that can afford this medical marijuana are NOT SICK RICH people no way can a terminally ill person or someone like me with seizures can afford this. If you are really sick, think about moving to Michigan cards $25 a year, grow your own if you want if you don’t want a whole great medical organic ounce is only $200. Even the managers at this place, promises promises. Trying to get medical marijuana in Florida if you are really sick will make you more sick the customer service is insanely ridiculously “can I just say STUPID not TRAINED have NO CLUE using THEIR PRODUCTS WHILE ON THE JOB? DO NOT TIP, I tip and then look in my bag not my order, got another customers name and info, hard to get anything right as of today an ORDER PAID FOR TEN DAYS AGO STILL DO NOT HAVE although they have tried to give me a lot of other patients orders, This far I have about ten names of patients in Florida. Seems like Trulieve could get it for Privacy? What could a bad person do with all this information?
