GrowHealthy - Lake Worth
7/10/2020
Wow where do I start? As a so called pharmacy during a pandemic/ also going into hurricane season the customer service via the phone is beyond horrendous. No one answers the phone. When you are able to get through without the system hanging up on you ( no shit it hung up on me 10 times in one day) you are put on hold for more than ten minutes by then you just give up and hang up. When you call and get the call service center they take your order(most of the time the call center people have no clue what they are selling) but then it never gets sent to the shop you ordered to pick up from. The people that work there are hit or miss some are amazingly friendly and some can’t be bothered by you. It’s sad because they do offer a good product but their inventory is always atrocious. Like I said I know we’re in a pandemic but with this business model I don’t see how they can stay in business if this continues for much longer. C’mon GrowHealthy you can do better than this. This review is for the Lake Worth location but when I look at other locations on Leafly it doesn’t look anymore promising this once promising location has gone to shit! Lastly why don’t they have a suggestion area on the website for product request or review. At one time they offered a syringe called Bubba Flo and it was freaking amazing they could hardly keep it in stock and then one day poof it’s gone never to be seen again and all you get when you ask is “ yeah that was amazing but I have no idea if they meaning headquarters is going to produce that anymore” I’m sorry to bash the Lake Worth location but damnit man I’m pissed off and dissatisfied with the we don’t give a shit attitude. The great thing is their not the only game in town but they were the most convenient at one point but not anymore. I worked in customer service for 20 years all in management if my regional or global bosses came in and my shop was operating like this I would have been fired in the blink of an eye. Sorry Lake Worth location but get off your asses and order more product. Tell your headquarters that it’s always a good idea to have a 35% off sale when you have zero inventory to meet your demand.
