I have been visiting bloom about twice a week for the past 4 years but I pre order online and they don't have what I ordered. I arrive after traveling a far distance and they don't even know whats in stock, I am ordering as they are crossing things off the menu"sorry, we don't have it, or that, we don't have that either" I tried calling literally a dozen times but the phones are never answered, I sent an e-mail to the manager and I was ignored. its become too much a burden and unreliable, I don't have faith in bloom's ability to be reliable.
