I was picking up a leafly pickup order I told the clerk that then I waited for more than 45 minutes I went up again was told she didn't know I had a pickup they started to get it together even though I had received a text hours before that it was ready I then still had to wait for almost 45 more minutes before they had it in the computer for me to pay. When I left people that were waiting when I arrived were still waiting.

it was my first time ever buying I didn't get a lanyard or a pipe and was very confused about what clerk was saying, I am 98% deaf, I ended up buying more than I needed to to redeem my coupon. but it's a great product and store
