I love this place. Very secure, nice facility. The staff is great. Today, I talked with Bud-Tender, Wiz. He learned about my cancer ( terminal stage 4) asked me how I felt and the symptoms I was experiencing . Wiz gave me several items to choose from and explained each, in detail. He made sure that I completely understand everything. Wiz even selected his favorite items, one of which was not on the shelves. He checked my points and told me how best to use them. This is great because I often forget to ask. Wiz and I somehow got talking about dogs. He told me the story of his rescued pup. I told him mine. He showed me pictures of Zelda. I didn't have any pictures of my dog, Mamou. He asked me to bring pictures the next time. I truly believe that Wiz wasn't just "being nice". I love the friendly staff at Star Buds, especially Wiz, my favorite new bartender. They always make me feel comfortable. This wasn't my first trip to Star Buds, and it won't be the last. Only next time I will come with a picture of Mamou, and be able to use my points to their maximum discount .
