In person, I have really liked this location. it has been my favorite dispensary. Being extremely short on time today, I tried Leafly pickup for the first time, and the experience was disappointing, to say the least. It started out ok. The folks there responded immediately to my request, said they were out of an item, could they replace it. I said ok. 90 minutes later, I get another text saying now that I've picked up my order, please leave a review. I call them (I don't have time for this), they don't answer. I leave a voicemail. They never call back. An hour later, I call them again. A guy answers, and he cannot figure out what happened. During a long silence (again, short on time), I ask him, for the third time, if the order is still there. He starts getting irritated and condescendingly tells me it is, as if he's already answered the question. I told him forget it. Time to find a new favorite dispensary.

I was told there would be a 30 minute wait. My first (and so far only other) dispensary experience is Harvest of Tempe, which is more of a pharmacy atmosphere. While the folks here are friendly, i really don't understand why there is a 30 minute wait and a waiting room full of people. i just needed to stop by and pick up a few things, but i will go somewhere else in the future.
