Green Harbor has become my favorite dispensary. I find the flower is better quality than most dispensaries in the area, and they have a great selection of house grown buds to choose from. The people working here are great to deal with...very friendly and informative!

Well, after leaving a mostly positive review, I had a poor customer service experience recently. The Natures Heritage flower is still awesome, but if you preorder online, you are not guaranteed to get the batch you ordered. Sometimes a batch might be 25% online, but when you get there to pick it up, it's a lower percentage from a different batch. I would be ok with this if they tell you when you go to pick up your order, that it's a different batch, do you still want it? But no, they just put what they want in the bag, staple it up and off you go. When I asked the "budtender" on my last visit to confirm it was the batch I ordered, I was met with attitude. She said there's no guarantee you'll get the batch you ordered. So be aware, you will get the strain you ordered, but it may be from a different batch. Nothing stops them from advertising a strain at 25% and putting a 21% in your bag, and saying "sorry we ran out of the batch you ordered." And then to get attitude from the employee when you question this is unacceptable to me.

I've been to Verilife several times. They are very disorganized regarding Leafly pickups and it has really soured me on this place. Sometimes there is a separate line outside for Leafly pickups, sometimes there is not. Sometimes there is a separate kiosk inside for Leafly pickups, sometimes there is not. Sometimes you wait on the Leafly line for 55 minutes and watch people who have been in the regular line for 20 minutes get inside before you. Sometimes they line Leafly customers up in the regular line, and then spontaneously create a new Leafly line and let those customers in first, forgetting about the Leafly customers that have been waiting in the regular line. And when you say something to the staff, their attitude is "Oh well everyone here will be high tonight so who cares", as if my time isn't valuable. Plus the place is really loud inside, I just want to get in and out as fast as I can...my anxiety goes through the roof every time I am in this place, and it doesn't seem to be getting any more organized. I've only been to this dispensary, so I am going to try a couple other semi-local dispensaries (each is about an hour drive from me) so I have something to compare it to. Maybe I'll be back, but I'm done with this place for now.
