Today for my first experience at a dispensary and after researching some dispensaries in New York I think I made the best choice for a first time customer. I decided to come here mainly due to the excellent reviews on Leafly. The fact that I live 10 minutes away was an added bonus. I was a little nervous when I first walked in not knowing what to expect. I walked in was greeted by a friendly young woman and felt at ease immediately. The security guard was very nice and helpful as well. I arrived a half hour before they were closing so I was a little worried that I would be rushed out of the store. I am sure all of the employees wanted to go home after a long day but I did not feel rushed at all. I got all of paperwork in and my account created took about 10 minutes. I walked in and spoke to an employee named Ze. He was a really nice guy, very knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended a few things after I described to him what I was looking for. I enjoyed speaking with him and did not feel like he was trying to upsell me at all. If anything, he advised me to go easy the first time and come back once I figure out which one I enjoyed. I ended up buying a disposable 20:1 THC:CBD pen for night time before bed (currently using!)and a 1:1 THC:CBD pen for during the day(used earlier). I found what I was looking for and I am very happy with my purchases so far, look forward to trying more products. As long as they keep customer service a priority, have some good deals, member benefits/promotions and keep prices reasonable, I hope to be a customer at Curaleaf for many years to come. Sorry for the long, boring review but I wanted to share a great first experience!
